CATCH UP
Ma! It has been a whole year! Slightly over an year to be precise. Oh Ma, so much about me & life has changed. Where to start? I will break it down for you: Life Life has been good. I mean, we are still here even with Covid, right? I moved from Thika Road to Mombasa Road to one of those old houses in one of those old estates that I love so much. At one point I had a cat, Cleo, but she ran away ( read stolen by neighbors ). I want to get another furry friend, maybe a dog this time. Still no man but I have moved away from confirmed singlehood. Right now I am reading about child - free married couples but we'll discuss that more at another time. I have been watching movies more than I have been reading & it bothers me. Maybe it is the quality of books I am reading - been reading books by white authors when all I really want to read are African authors.
